Located in the Omni Nashville Hotel, Bob’s Steak & Chop House Nashville features a friendly staff, lively atmosphere, fine wines and large cuts of the finest prime steaks, chops, and seafood. The restaurant’s atmosphere and decor is one-of-a-kind as it represents the proud history of Nashville by blending elements of the area’s rich history and musical roots with two Gibson and two Epiphone guitars, Bill Lenox’s private antique microphone collection, and authentic historic flags, with some dating back to the 1800s.
Our award-winning steakhouse is connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum as a part of the Omni Nashville Hotel right in the heart of downtown Music City. The dress code is business casual and we recommend making a reservation ahead of time to ensure your dining experience is catered to your party’s needs. Mark Grasso
Executive Chef
Mark Grasso serves as the Executive Chef at Bob’s Steak & Chop House Nashville where he has been responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and staff since 2021. Prior to joining the Bob’s team, Mark has worked in hotels in Europe, fine dining steakhouses, and small plate concepts. Over the years he has had the opportunity to work with top chefs from all over the world and execute at the highest level of excellence. As an experienced Chef, Mark’s goal is to provide the best quality food and attention to detail Music City has to offer.
From certified Japanese A5 Wagyu, Heirloom vegetables, to house butchered USDA Prime certified meats, this attention to detail can be tasted in the food.
