Zachary Izzard
General Manager
Zachary Izzard serves as the General Manager of Bob’s Steak & Chop House Nashville where he has been responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s operations and staff since 2013. Prior to joining the Bob’s team, Zachary spent nine years with Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. As an experienced restaurant operations leader, Zachary’s goal is to provide each of our guests with a dining experience worth remembering.
From the moment you walk in the door to when you take your last bite of Bob’s Classic Bread Pudding for dessert, Zachary and the entire Bob’s Nashville team prioritize customer service and quality food above all and are here to help facilitate a best-in-class dining experience for every guest.

Not to be confused with our Nashville General Manager, Zachary, Chef Zach Evans is the Executive Chef of Bob’s Steak & Chop House Nashville. Chef Evans and his culinary team are the heart of Bob’s Steak & Chop House with Chef Evans directly supervising every dish that comes out of the kitchen.
