General Manager

Cory Givan has been the General Manager of Bob’s Louisville since early 2017. Born and raised in Louisville, Cory has spent his professional life mastering the restaurant industry and is proud to call Bob’s his home. Cory spent the first 15 years of his career working in some of the finest kitchens in Louisville and now with over 25 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, he is thrilled to deliver the best quality steaks in town paired with personal, impeccable service that Bob’s is known for.

Dan Bishop

Executive Chef

Chef Dan Bishop serves as the Executive Chef at Bob’s Steak & Chop House Louisville where his leadership, passion for food presentation, and love of the culinary arts have been critical to providing a unique dining experience for every guest. Before joining the Bob’s team, Chef Bishop worked in various positions at the Horseshoe of Southern Indiana for 15 years including Line Cook, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef. Chef Bishop and his culinary team are the heart of Bob’s Steak & Chop House with Chef Bishop directly supervising every dish that comes out of the kitchen.
