Cory Givan
General Manager
Cory Givan has been the General Manager of Bob’s Louisville since early 2017. Born and raised in Louisville, Cory has spent his professional life mastering the restaurant industry and is proud to call Bob’s his home. Cory spent the first 15 years of his career working in some of the finest kitchens in Louisville and now with over 25 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, he is thrilled to deliver the best quality steaks in town paired with personal, impeccable service that Bob’s is known for.

Hollis Barnett
Executive Chef
Chef Barnett is a Kentucky native with more than 20 years of culinary experience in the Louisville area. Hollis joined Bob’s after working as a Sous Chef at Porcini for 11 years. Prior to that, Hollis was the Chef de Cuisine at Veranese, where he helped open the restaurant, create the menu, oversaw the back of house staff and day to day kitchen management. Before beginning his career, Hollis graduated from Sullivan University with a degree in Culinary Arts.
Chef Barnett has also served as a private chef for local and national celebrities, including Rick Pitino and Bob Baffert, national artists including The Flaming Lips and Michael McDonald and political dignitaries such as John Yarmouth.
