John Mcllvain

General Manager

Having spent much of his career in the hospitality industry, especially in the fine dining steak segment, John brings to Bob's the perfect recipe for a staple restaurant in the Louisville Downtown business district: attention to detail, unreasonable hospitality, and the ability to create a team that understands each personal interaction they have creates the atmosphere our guests love.

John's favorite quote: "True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests".
