A true Texan, Jordan worked his way through school at the University of North Texas and earned a degree in hospitality management. He started his career in at Bob’s in Fort Worth then moved south to open a major steakhouse in Houston. Working through the ranks at other top rated restaurants in Dallas, Jordan has returned back to Bob’s and brings along with him an enhanced commitment to quality and service. He is excited to be back in a city he loves, leading a restaurant he is proud of.

When Jordan isn’t enjoying time with his wife and German Sheppard, Lucy, he likes to stay active and train for Ironman races while also working on his labor of love, renovating his grandmother’s house in Atlanta, Texas. Next time you stop in, ask him about his progress!

Want to be like Jordan? Order the 16 oz. filet – charred rare, with skillet potatoes and Bob’s mac and cheese. He likes to wash it all down with a Dirty Bob and finish it all off with a slice of homemade carrot cake.
