Our award-winning steakhouse is connected to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center as a part of the Omni Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas, conveniently located near JFK Memorial Plaza, American Airlines Center, and Reunion Tower. The dress code is business casual and we recommend making a reservation ahead of time to ensure your dining experience is catered to your party’s needs. We offer complimentary valet and self parking – park in the Omni Hotel parking garage.

Our Friendly Staff
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jennifer Bohmer has served as the General Manager for Bob’s Dallas Lamar for the last five years. As an experienced restaurant operations leader, Jennifer’s goal is to provide each of our guests with a dining experience worth remembering whether you’re joining us to celebrate an anniversary, promotion, or a private dining event.
Jennifer received her level one Sommelier from GuildSomm and currently resides in Sunnyvale, TX with her husband, Daniel and their three children Zachery, Jackson, and Zoe.
Born and raised in the Lone Star State, Chef Sean Merchant is the Executive Chef at Bob’s Dallas Lamar and the Corporate Executive Chef of Bob’s Steak & Chop House where he helps oversee the culinary excellence of all Bob’s locations across the United States. Chef Merchant has been with the Bob’s team since 2011, and a proud member of the American Culinary Federation and the Texas Chef Association of Dallas, Texas.
Chef Merchant graduated from the Art Institute and currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, Clarisa, and their two beautiful daughters, Ava and Violet.
