Logan Caviness

General Manager

Logan Caviness joined the Bob’s Steak & Chop House family in 2022, bringing a background rooted in both upscale casual and fine dining across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He began his journey at Bob’s as a floor manager, quickly drawn to the quality, craftsmanship, and guest-first philosophy that define the brand.
After refining his leadership skills over the next two years, Logan was named General Manager, where his passion for great food and genuine hospitality shines through every detail of the dining experience. Known for his thoughtful approach and welcoming presence, Logan looks forward to hosting guests for memorable dinners, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations at Bob’s Steak & Chop House at Omni Dallas.

Mario Dondiego

Executive Chef

Chef Mario Dondiego began his culinary journey at Le Cordon Bleu Dallas before joining the Bob’s Steak & Chop House family in 2015. His path through several Bob’s openings shaped his leadership style and deepened his commitment to consistency, quality, and execution.
After serving as Sous Chef at Bob’s Steak & Chop House Lamar, Mario advanced into the role of Executive Chef, where he leads the kitchen with precision and pride. His culinary approach honors Bob’s classic steakhouse traditions while ensuring every dish reflects the excellence and care guests have come to expect.
