Born in Sicily, I got my love of food from watching my grandfather prepare our family meals during the holidays. Throughout my career I learned that great service is what makes a dining experience memorable. I am excited to be a part of Bob’s, where naturally each connection with a guest is genuinely cultivated making those experiences sincere and authentic.
It is exciting to have Bob’s in such an iconic city. Each day I look forward to serving simple, traditional prime steak and seafood to our guests, where quality isn’t overlooked. During your next visit, be sure to try my favorite meal: Start with our fresh crab cakes, blue cheese salad and the KC Strip (medium rare)with the skillet potatoes. You won’t be able to finish it all, but I like to take home the potatoes and cook them with my eggs the next morning.
I love everything about the food we serve at Bob’s. While the filet is a hands down classic, my all-time favorite cut is our signature steak prime côte de boeuf, bone-in ribeye. This 22-ounce steak is delicious by itself, but is impeccable with our smashed potatoes and signature glazed carrot.
