I have managed the Bob’s in Nashville since its opening in September 2013. During my career, I have operated many independent restaurants but have spent the majority of my career in large convention hotels and resorts, which I find to be most challenging and rewarding. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and consistent quality, each and every time. It’s our goal to provide the best dining experience so we can turn first time guests into regular diners.
You never know who you’ll run into at Bob’s Nashville. You could see music industry professionals, artists, or some of our favorite locals dining on Bob’s classics. Nothing makes me happier than serving guests one of my favorite meals, Côte de bœuf 22oz Bone in Ribeye with signature skillet potatoes. Seeing the guests’ satisfaction when they take their first bite is just another of the many reasons I love being a part of the Bob’s family.
