Erica Bailey
General Manager
Erica first joined Omni Louisville Hotel as the F&B Outlets manager where she brought 14 years of food and beverage experience. She was then promoted to General Manager of Neighborhood Services in December of 2019.
Erica has modeled her career in the service industry after this Christina Tosi quote: “I have worked my way up in the food industry by being strong and steady about how I am as a person, first and foremost.”
In her spare time, Erica enjoys going on bourbon tours, shopping, reading and spending time with her family and having game nights.

James Moran
Executive Chef
Local chef James Moran has called Louisville home for 35 years. James’ love of umami flavor comes directly from his mother. She passed along her wisdom and Korean heritage, both cooking and culture, to him from birth. Her legacy infuses James’ work at its deepest roots.
