Over the past 36 years in the industry, I have had the pleasure of opening, refurbishing and operating over sixty restaurants nationwide. As a general manager to one of the finest steak houses in the world I feel a strong desire to cast the right staff member in their strong suit, and arm them with the proper tools to succeed. You will find that our associates are nurturing by heart and strive to have a giver-mentality, which is apparent as soon as you walk through our door.
It’s easy to come to work when you love what you do. I truly enjoy seeing each and every person who comes to dine at Bob’s and pride myself on delivering a superb product along with an exceptional experience.
