Throughout my career, I had always been inspired by Bob’s and knew I wanted to be a part of a team that cared about their employees, guests and the overall guest experience. I strive each day to ensure every guest leaves feeling part of the Bob’s family. At Bob’s in the Omni Dallas Hotel, it is not unusual to find a star sighting for dinner. It’s great to be a part of Dallas’ unique history, especially as a filming location for the iconic show, “Dallas.”.
I love everything about the food we serve at Bob’s. While the filet is a hands down classic, my all-time favorite cut is our signature steak prime côte de boeuf, bone-in ribeye. This 22-ounce steak is delicious by itself, but is impeccable with our smashed potatoes and signature glazed carrot. My staff and I look forward to having you as a guest and promise to deliver an unforgettable experience that will have you coming back for more.
