Frank Busic

General Manager

Frank started in hospitality as a server working his way through College. After graduating from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, he moved to San Diego and continued his journey in hospitality at Remington's in Del Mar, a steak restaurant catering to the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. Frank has spent his time in many restaurants, from the University Club atop Symphony Towers, most recently (a Club Corp Property) to owning his own restaurant (Cafe Pacifica Restaurant in Old Town San Diego). He is very excited to join the Bob’s Steak & Chop House Family and return to his fine dining roots.

Frank grew up in Pensacola, Florida and his immediate family still resides there. He lives in San Diego with his wife, Sydney, their son, Anders, and their family dog, Bella. In his free time, Frank spends a lot of time outdoors enjoying surfing, cycling, golfing, gardening, and snorkeling. In fact, when Frank was 24, he rode his bike cross-country from Washington DC to San Diego.

Justin Huntington

Chef

Chef Justin Huntington serves as the Executive Chef at Bob’s Steak & Chop House Carlsbad where the pace and sound of a busy kitchen drive him and his team to deliver culinary excellence. Chef Huntington began his professional culinary journey at just 14 years old when he learned to grill on mesquite wood at the fish exchange in Murrieta.

He later attended a culinary program in Oklahoma and upon returning to California, earned his stripes as lead cook at Epazote and Cilantros. Before joining the Bob’s team, Chef Huntington worked as Sous Chef at the Steelhead Brewery in Fisherman’s Wharf, at the Top of the Cove and Omni San Diego, as Executive Sous Chef at Estancia La Jolla, and as Banquet Chef at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
