Bruce Mattox
General Manager
Bruce Mattox is the General Manager of Bob’s Steak & Chop House Amelia Island. With over 18 years of upscale steakhouse experience, Bruce is an expert in facilitating best-in-class dining for our guests from managing the front of house operations to menu and wine list development.
While you’re here, be sure to try Bruce’s favorite Bob’s meal: the Côte de Boeuf. This 22 oz. mouth-watering, bone-in prime ribeye is legendary. As an experienced restaurant operations leader, Bruce’s goal is to provide each of our guests with a dining experience worth remembering whether you’re joining us to celebrate an anniversary, promotion, or a private dining event.
